This one is from the "special place in hell" file.

See what happens when the government programs become so lucrative and inviting? This is just another case of welfare fraud... which wouldn't exist if we had a reasonable welfare system.

Who knew?

He thought the Presidency was just a great way to pick up chicks... but now, he's selling the office for lots (AND LOTS!) of money.

I guess that is what the dignity of the office of the Presidency is worth.

I guess that's better than a stained blue dress.

I guess that's what it takes to get him to travel the world criticizing America (oh, wait, I forgot... he did that for free during Vietnam).

I don't hate anyone, because it is wrong to do so... but I strongly-- very, very strongly-- dislike this man's actions. He and carter are utter and complete disgraces to our country.

Well, I'll be darned...

Man, They're Good!

-
Since the sane people are starting to push back on the insane global warming hysteria, the moonbats have to change and alter their tactics like the good little insurgents they are.

What to do when the grown ups start to use facts against you? Simple-- play the "children will suffer" card! Get it? "George Bush and Halliburton are not satisfied murdering all those Iraqi children, now they're going to kill kids worldwide with their global warming policies!"

This is classic liberal propaganda at its very best... I, for one, applaud their sense of theatrics.

What's that you say? I made this up?? Oh, no, Pilgrim... I could not make up something this good!

In fact, here's an even better one-- Yes, I said even better!!

Man, that must be some tasty kool-aid!

Pardon me if I question the "science" and motives of people who use tactics like these in their cause. All joking aside, this is beyond the pale.

Religion Of Peace Vs. Women (Again)

-
Never in a bazillion years will I understand how the enlightened liberal feminists can be apologists for islam. There has never-- in the history of the world-- a system that was more hostile and oppressive toward women than islam. Never.

A year or so ago, I started collecting news stories of various misogynistic actions performed in the name of this "religion." Well, within a few months, I had a document that was almost one hundred pages long. Pleae keep in mind that those were only the stories that I happened to see... and I am absolutely positive that they were only a scratch on the surface.

Here are two current examples of how lovely and rewarding it is to be a woman under the yoke of islam.

Oh, hollywood...

-
...where would we be without you?

This one is just in time for the Academy Awards weekend.

Every once in a while, you come upon something that just makes you stop and stare... you know, like if you saw a toddler trying to operate one of those big boom cranes or something like that.

The total cuteness of the child just overcomes a lot of us... so much so that we fail to see how dangerous they really are as they swing that giant crane around-- especially since they have NO IDEA how to control it. Then, after they have destroyed a few city blocks, we still pat them on the head and give them candy because... well, because they are do darn cute!

The child is hollywood.

The boom crane is their political opinions.

The candy is us continuing to worship them even after they open their quiche-holes and spew their inane lunacy.

Here's a true gem of an example. No, it's not made up... she really said it, and so did the other ass-clowns who are quoted near the end.

Come on, no one could invent stuff this good!

The Media Silence Is Deafening

-
This point cannot be argued: If there were a democrat in the White House right now, then this story would be THE single biggest thing in the old media. In fact, children everywhere would be talking about it in school.

Alas... poor President Bush is in the White House and so the media has to hide this news.

As it is, I'm surprised that the Christian Science Monitor even ran the story... they are almost as bad as some of the others. In their defense, though, they do try to tone down how good the news actually is (notice the absurdly editorial "for now" comment in the headline of a news story... they have no shame).

Budget Deficit Down Toward HALF Of Average Size Since 1970

Yep... and we can thank those evil, evil corporations... especially the big oil companies. Remember those "obscene" profits hillary wants to take? Well, the tax revenues on those are a big part of why our economy is soaring so high right now.

-

Let's Dust Off...

-
...an oldie, but goodie:

-------------------------------------------------------

"A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship.”

The average age of the world’s great civilizations has been two hundred years. These nations have progressed through the following sequence:

from bondage to spiritual faith,

from spiritual faith to great courage,

from courage to liberty,

from liberty to abundance,

from abundance to selfishness,

from selfishness to complacency,

from complacency to apathy, from apathy to dependency,

from dependency back to bondage.

What??

-
You say that this new poll shows that Americans actually want to WIN the war??

But... I thought the opposite was true... I thought all the people wanted us to cut and run. That's what the dumocrats have been saying... that's why they got elected... right??

Or... is it remotely possible that all those people who said they were "upset" about the war... all those people... were actually upset about the fact that we have not yet "won" the war???

Go figure.

Poll Shows Americans Want To Win The War

You know, this might as well say "poll shows Americans want to breath and sleep." Those things, like winning, are natural to us all.

Eloquence Set To Music

-
This one goes out to the insane, barking moonbat "instructor" from Loyola whom we saw the other day HERE. (The fact that she "teaches" her agenda at a Catholic college is absolutely maddening to me, by the way.)

Hey, Ms. Terpstra: Here are some pictures (with music) of the evil, terrorist mercenaries that you hate so much.

I hope you enjoy it, you filthy, psycho, evil, venomous, pseudo-intellectual, anti-American bitch. :-)

Oh, and be sure to turn up the sound... it is fantastic.

Honesty Is So Refreshing

-
From Charles at Little Green Footballs we get this... this wonderful and shining example of what the moonbats really think.

They are starting to become more and more honest about their hatred of the country and our military... and I consider that a big improvement. I mean, really, can we please get past the "we support the troops but not the mission" phoniness? That is positively passe.

Anyway, prepare your blood-pressure medication before reading this one... it's a doozy. Here you go:

Moonbat Professor's Vile Manifesto

Ain't freedom of speech grand?

-

Ah, History

-
Never.

Never will I understand how the idiot media can be so incredibly wrong so often, and yet still wield so much power to influence uninformed Americans' opinions.

Even after it was proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that they were the leading cause of us "losing" the war in Vietnam... even after that, people still actually listen to them.

Anyway, remember this oldie? Tet Redux? Even if you do, you should go back and re-read it... it is a good starting point for the following.

Okay, so John McCain says that he is worried about a Tet Offensive type event in Iraq. Then, the idiot associated (with terrorists) press reporter writes in his story:

[[ Tet, a massive invasion in 1968 of South Vietnam by Communist North Vietnamese, inflicted enormous losses on U.S. and South Vietnamese troops and is regarded as a point where public sentiment turned sharply against the war. ]]

"...enormous losses..." ????? That is EXACTLY what the sedionist media tried to get away with back in 1968. (Correction: DID get away with.) Do you get it? They STILL believe their own lies!

The "enormous loss" we suffered was the loss of support from back home because the MEDIA LIED about Tet!!!

UGGHHH!!

HERE is the link to that nonsense.

Now, here is some more useful information about Tet:

You're nothing but a socialist piece of s*** who wants to see America lose the war.

Oops.

Did I say that? I didn't mean to. What I meant was: politicians are actually good people who care about us and our country. They are not in it for themeselves in a mad grab for power.

Yeah. How do you like that, Senator? How do you like it when someone says what they really think and then tries to take it back with a lame, halfway "apology?"

obama Says Military War Dead Are "Wasted" Lives - Then "Apologizes"

Try not to choke when you read how he tries to back out of the hole he dug. It's the old mantra of: "we support the troops, because they're ignorant pawns of the evil neo-cons."

I would have respected this deranged liberal more if he had stuck to his opinion. We all know that is how he really feels. Now he is a deranged liberal AND a filthy hypocrite who won't even stand up for his own convictions (as if he has any real convictions).

I fervently wish that more Americans would be paying attention to these clowns. When they let their masks slip and reveal their true selves, it is a chance for us all to see them for who they really are. It goes away quickly, though, because the media is one hundred percent in their corner and will do anything to help cover up any blemishes.

Augh. I am disgusted beyond words at this.

Wow... this is a good one. I'll just post the whole thing, since Drudge has it as a "Flash," and there's no telling how long it will be up.

President of Czech Republic Calls Man-Made Global Warming a 'Myth' - Questions Gore's Sanity
Mon Feb 12 2007 09:10:09 ET

Czech president Vaclav Klaus has criticized the UN panel on global warming, claiming that it was a political authority without any scientific basis.

In an interview with "Hospodárské noviny", a Czech economics daily, Klaus answered a few questions:

Q: IPCC has released its report and you say that the global warming is a false myth. How did you get this idea, Mr President?•

A: It's not my idea. Global warming is a false myth and every serious person and scientist says so. It is not fair to refer to the U.N. panel. IPCC is not a scientific institution: it's a political body, a sort of non-government organization of green flavor. It's neither a forum of neutral scientists nor a balanced group of scientists. These people are politicized scientists who arrive there with a one-sided opinion and a one-sided assignment. Also, it's an undignified slapstick that people don't wait for the full report in May 2007 but instead respond, in such a serious way, to the summary for policymakers where all the "but's" are scratched, removed, and replaced by oversimplified theses.• This is clearly such an incredible failure of so many people, from journalists to politicians. If the European Commission is instantly going to buy such a trick, we have another very good reason to think that the countries themselves, not the Commission, should be deciding about similar issues.•

Q: How do you explain that there is no other comparably senior statesman in Europe who would advocate this viewpoint? No one else has such strong opinions...•

A: My opinions about this issue simply are strong. Other top-level politicians do not express their global warming doubts because a whip of political correctness strangles their voice.

• Q: But you're not a climate scientist. Do you have a sufficient knowledge and enough information?•

A: Environmentalism as a metaphysical ideology and as a worldview has absolutely nothing to do with natural sciences or with the climate. Sadly, it has nothing to do with social sciences either. Still, it is becoming fashionable and this fact scares me. The second part of the sentence should be: we also have lots of reports, studies, and books of climatologists whose conclusions are diametrally opposite.• Indeed, I never measure the thickness of ice in Antarctica. I really don't know how to do it and don't plan to learn it. However, as a scientifically oriented person, I know how to read science reports about these questions, for example about ice in Antarctica. I don't have to be a climate scientist myself to read them. And inside the papers I have read, the conclusions we may see in the media simply don't appear. But let me promise you something: this topic troubles me which is why I started to write an article about it last Christmas. The article expanded and became a book. In a couple of months, it will be published. One chapter out of seven will organize my opinions about the climate change.• Environmentalism and green ideology is something very different from climate science. Various findings and screams of scientists are abused by this ideology.•

Q: How do you explain that conservative media are skeptical while the left-wing media view the global warming as a done deal?•

A: It is not quite exactly divided to the left-wingers and right-wingers. Nevertheless it's obvious that environmentalism is a new incarnation of modern leftism.•

Q: If you look at all these things, even if you were right ...•

A: ...I am right...•

Q: Isn't there enough empirical evidence and facts we can see with our eyes that imply that Man is demolishing the planet and himself?•

A: It's such a nonsense that I have probably not heard a bigger nonsense yet.•

Q: Don't you believe that we're ruining our planet?•

A: I will pretend that I haven't heard you. Perhaps only Mr Al Gore may be saying something along these lines: a sane person can't. I don't see any ruining of the planet, I have never seen it, and I don't think that a reasonable and serious person could say such a thing. Look: you represent the economic media so I expect a certain economical erudition from you. My book will answer these questions. For example, we know that there exists a huge correlation between the care we give to the environment on one side and the wealth and technological prowess on the other side. It's clear that the poorer the society is, the more brutally it behaves with respect to Nature, and vice versa.• It's also true that there exist social systems that are damaging Nature - by eliminating private ownership and similar things - much more than the freer societies. These tendencies become important in the long run. They unambiguously imply that today, on February 8th, 2007, Nature is protected uncomparably more than on February 8th ten years ago or fifty years ago or one hundred years ago.• That's why I ask: how can you pronounce the sentence you said? Perhaps if you're unconscious? Or did you mean it as a provocation only? And maybe I am just too naive and I allowed you to provoke me to give you all these answers, am I not? It is more likely that you actually believe what you say.

[English translation from Harvard Professor Lubos Motl]

Really?

-
The insane phenomenon of the global warming frenzy is reaching new and impressive levels. They are beginning to circle their wagons and pour concentrated fire on anyone who tries to say a sideways word against their "cause." The latest comes from moonbat extraordinaire ellen goodman in the Boston Globe.

She says that to deny global warming is just like denying the holocaust. Now, she doesn't specify whether she's talking about denying global warming itself, or just the part that says that humans are causing it... but we know what she thinks because the implication is very clear, even if the evidence for her view is not.

I'm not smart enough to figure out exactly how much and why the earth's temperature might be changing. I am, though, able to read... and I have read a whole lot of things that point to similar climate changes all throughout the earth's history. I can also see that there is still a big debate in the scientific community over all this. I have also read compelling evidence that any warming is very likely caused by an increase in solar activity... and that makes total sense to me.

Anyway, here is a story on the horrors of global warming:

Perspective Alert

-
Hi, I'm back.

Now, I am very sorry for the soul and the family of Anna Nicole Smith-- they all have my prayers (especially the little baby). I am firmly in John Donne's camp, inasmuch as "...any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind..."

Having said that, can someone-- anyone-- explain to me why the media is treating this as if a head of state has died? I mean... wow... are we really this caught up in the hollywood circus? Or, as I suspect, is it just the media doing what they do best and exploiting a story and the people involved in order to make us all "care" about something we might ordinarily not notice so much?

I'm not trying to sound cynical at all. In fact, quite the opposite. I believe that most people really do care about one another... and maybe this is how some express it. The media, however, gets no such pass from me. They are jackals and hyenas... and where they are deeply interested in something like this, we had all better watch out.

Anyway, I hope that the innocent little baby will somehow be able to have a good life... although the smart money is that the media-- and all the bloodsucking parasites connected to that family-- will make sure that does not happen.

Well, have I said enough about this story that I started off by saying we shouldn't say so much about?

Maybe I answered my own question... :-)

P.S. Did anyone else think that Prince was really good at the Superbowl halftime show? Kind of a freaky fella... but he is extraordinarily talented.

-

Ah, The "Enlightened" Elite

-
Okay, once again the Europeans are proving themselves to be on the cutting edge of... well, of murder, frankly.

These are the people our liberal elite idolize. These are the people whose systems proudly feature sky-high taxes, sky-high welfare (Hmmm... I wonder if those two go together?), sky-high abortions, and "anything goes" social codes. In addition, they are being taken over from within by hostile muslim cultures who make them retreat from their rights while crying "tolerance."

Well, all of that is not good enough. They had to top themselves... and now they have. Now, their evil death cult laws (and no, we're not talking about sharia law this time) are being expanded to include "helping" mentally handicapped people to die. You know, the "enlightened" assisted suicide thing that the left seems to think is quite trendy.

This is the same mentality that leads people to abort a baby because it may have Down Syndrome... or to kill it if it is born handicapped. They also want to help kill you at the end of your lifetime... they have no tolerance for the old and weak.

Anyway, they are really pushing the envelope now. Here's one to shiver the old timbers:

Checking In And Sounding Off

-
Okay, I'm not even going to go into the ass-clown at the washington post and his anti-military buffoonery. If you somehow missed it, you can go to many sites, like HERE at LGF. There has been a lot of fallout from this idiot's anti-troop crapfest, but the bottom line is that he is at least being honest. He is not even trying to hide his hatred and disdain for our military. I just wish the rest of the liberals would do the same... then we could at least be clear on their true stances.

Anyway, I wanted to touch on another subject that is much more frightening than a moron liberal journalist... and that is: socialism. We often say that the dumocrats and liberals are just socialists in disguise... but every once in a while we get a real look at their true feelings. Just like the idiot at the post, hillary gives us a chance to hear how she really feels about capitalism.

hillary: "I Want To Take Those Profits..."

Yeah, I know the oil companies are big and evil and all that... yeah, yeah, yeah. Anyway, following their logic, any and all companies are subject to the dumocrats "taking" their profits and putting them into causes as they see fit.

Is that really what Americans want? The government taking profits away from companies and distributing them elsewhere?

Socialism... in mainstream American politics.

Lord help us all.
