In a way, they are right... the media and the U.N. have helped them so much, that you could say they have won a victory of sorts. Still... they have had the S*** kicked out of them on the streets.

Unfortunately, heciii, I must disagree. Hizb'allah has taken on the mighty IDF and survived the experience. Their prestige on the arab street has gone up in a big way, and they look set to take over Lebanon in the very near future. Their patrons in Syria and Iran have come out of it pretty much untouched. Unless America shows a truly unlikely degree of intestinal fortitude and stalls the ceasefire long enough for the IDF to annihilate Hizb'allah, that *is* a win for the bad guys ... :-(
