Iraqi Leadership Sighting

Like any organization, the Iraqi army is trying to get good leaders. As we have learned here in America, though, it is hard to find them just laying around. Good leaders are developed... forged. Of course, they have to have the basic raw materials to become good leaders: courage, character, a good heart, etc.

Anyway, here is a surprisingly good story from USA Today on one leader in Iraq's fledgling army. He is a very good example and will no doubt inspire others to act as he does.
