Judicial Trends And Fancies

-
Well, now that another crusading, way-far-left judge has stepped in to save us from the evil Bush machine (HERE and HERE), we can all breath a sigh of relief.

Seriously, where would we be without these judges? I, for one, am grateful that they are watching out for my best interests. Oh, sure, a small consequence is that terrorists can plan and plot with impunity... but that is just a detail. The important thing is that my civil liberties remain intact.

Here is another case of a judge who just loves the good guys.

[[ A left-leaning judge has shocked Toronto Police with an order that uniformed cops could not testify in his court if they wear their guns.

Ontario Court Justice Melvyn Green told a flabbergasted cop witness in a routine impaired driving case Tuesday to "check (his gun) somewhere."

...Green told prosecutor Nenad Trbojevic to "tell" cop witnesses that he did not want "anybody testifying while wearing sidearms."

When Green was later advised by Trbojevic that on-duty uniform police officers are policy-bound to carry firearms, Green said while it "makes sense, I just do not see the need for them to wear them while they testify."

Judge Tells Cop To Lose Gun While Testifying

There are the Canadians... again setting a sterling example for the rest of the world. We can only hope that our judges will be as brave.

Federal Judges like, Taylor need to take there heads out of there a**es and allow what needs to be done, to be done, before we get hit again; they need to stop "playing politics" and do the right (AND JUST) thing.
It's a travasty how these far-left Jurors are trying to bind the hands of the Bush Administration in the War on Terror, under the guise of "Civil Rights".
I will gladly give up some of those rights, if it will stop the islamo-facshists from killing more American, and other Western Citizens on our/they're soil and elsewhere around the world. It is small price to pay for safety and security.
