Probably the best way to go through life is to find the good where you can- and be ready to recognize it for what it is. Don't overplay it... don't underplay it. Just acknowledge that it is there and it is good. That is what keeps me sane and motivated in this insane world. There will always be plenty of really bad stuff happening all around you... happily pointed out by the media and others who bask and rejoice in misery.
