Common Sense Prevails

It really was a no-brainer... but you can never rest easy in this day and age. There are many people who would dearly love to curtail our ability to wage and win this war.

Supreme Court Agrees With President And Denies Review Of Powers

You just know this one has them seething and grimacing. Reuters adds a line about a "divided" Supreme Court... just so we know it was not unanimous. Six to three is pretty good, though. The high court's decisions are rarely unanimous... but still, we must see it as a "divided court," so that the good people won't lose faith.

Geez...

Pomoze Bog.

I've been thinking about this one some more.

Really, this is awesome news, because FOR ONCE since Earl Warren the Left is starting to lose in judicial reviews. The Libs have seen their high water mark, folks; from here on in, we have the Cultural Rebs on the run, retreating farther and farther towards their own Appomattox.

Praise God, and pass the ammo. :)

Tsar, out.
