I Hope The "Religion Of Peace" Is Paying Attention

-
THIS is how you act when one of your own people commits an unspeakably horrible act of violence:

[[ Prime Minister Ariel Sharon says an Israeli settler accused of killing three Palestinian workers in the West Bank committed "Jewish terror."

He says the man "aimed against innocent Palestinians, out of twisted thinking." Sharon says today's killings were intended to disrupt the Gaza pullout. ]] (LINK to story)

Notice how there were no "BUT's" in there...? Notice how he didn't try to say that "it was wrong... BUT... the poor man was pushed into it by the evil enemy?"

No. He simply called it what it was and that was that. The criminal will be punished and his family will NOT be rewarded and held in great honor.

That is how you maintain law and order... and how you demonstrate a real commitment to peace.

Can we all see the difference here? Or am I just being "bigoted" and a "hate-monger" again by pointing out the stark contrast between civilization and a cult mentality trapped in the eighth century?

(I only ask that because I get a lot of mail lately that calls me those things...)
