Stukas are Ju-87s. Ju-88s were also dive bombers, but they were twin-engined, rather than the classic single-engine design of the Stuka.

Slightly more on-topic, I can't imagine being shocked by a dead cartoon either. OTOH, it definitely is sufficiently different from what would be expected to grab my attention, and that's all advertising is supposed to do ...

My children grew up with the Smurfs. My daughter collected them. Now, they are being 'killed' ... why is it the rage to destroy good cartoons? I recently saw an animation of the Chipmunks on the Internet - very crude! While you waited for the animation film to come on, you could cause them to hit upon the man. Then, the film had nasty language. Hopefully, no children happen upon that one!
Barbara, my two oldest kids also grew up on the Smurfs... I could not imagine the horror they would feel if they had seen this when they were young...
They have absolutely no shame... none.
