Well, it does come from a Russian scientist, and Russian (Soviet) science has been known to make somewhat ... eccentric ... claims in the past. Nevertheless, it sounds plausible. Hmmm ... if it turns out not to happen, do you suppose the scientist will say his theory was "false but accurate"? :-)
