Who bangs pots and pans, yells, screams, etc. when they don't want to hear something?

Right! Children do.

Just checking.

Protestors Plan To "Drown Out" President's Speech

[[ Anti-Bush protesters plan to hold a noisy demonstration outside the U.S. Capitol Tuesday night, when President Bush delivers his State of the Union speech to Congress. During a protest demanding that "Bush step down," liberal activists, headlined by anti-war activist Cindy Sheehan, will try to drown out Bush's address with drums, violins, pot-and-pan banging, car horns, church bells, and raised voices, according to a press release. "People will use flashlights to shine the light on Bush's lies," protest organizers said. The demonstration, which supposedly will attract thousands of people, is being organized by The World Can't Wait, a national organization launched in November to spread the word that "Bush lied, Bush spied, Bush must step down." Representatives from Veterans for Peace, the Hip-Hop Caucus, Interfaith Alliance, Progressive Democrats of America also will take part. Protesters who gather near the Capitol on Tuesday night say that, "after years of an unjust war raging in Iraq, widespread use of torture, massive spying and total neglect of the people of New Orleans, it is time to force President Bush to step down."" ]]

Did you notice some of the different groups that will be represented...?

Classic.

Pomoze Bog.

So, ummm...Marie Antionette:

Just how does the foreign debt justify banging your Revereware when the President is trying to speak??? I don't see the connection. Maybe I missed something.

Meanwhile, I shall eat some of my wife's excellent German Chocolate cake and await your reply.

BTW, is it just me or does everyone with the name of Cindy (or some variation thereof) seem to be going completely around the bend lately? Is this some sort of sign of the End Times or something? ;)

Wow... I went away for a while and you guys had a party in the house!

Well, at least you cleaned up your mess.

Hi again, Cynthia/Morningstar... long time no argue. Sorry the gang was so... boisterous... they haven't had raw meat for a while.

BTW, SAJ...

Yeah, TJ is capable of great scrappiness... it only comes out when really necessary, but when it does...!

I found that out even before I married her (a noteworthy story that may be shared someday).

Oh, guys! Now, be nice. I remember Morningstar. Seems she's still capable of a tirade around her. She must love hearing you guys go on with her.

KMG, didn't you suspend her ability to come back once, until she changed her behavior? Didn't take, did it. :)

I wish, for once, the media would not show up for this demonstration, but that would be too good to be true! But, how do they think they will drown the President out, when he will be in the White House, giving the speech, and he will be outside? Dumbbats, if you ask me!

And, KMG, you are right - CHILDREN act up when they don't want to hear something - a sign you are getting to them! Do these 'kids' wear diapers or Depends?

Now, I'm going back to my innocent reading.
