Telling It Like It Is

-
The great Thomas Sowell has a few words about the recent immigration riots.

[[ "Guest workers"? Did any of the strident speakers, with their in-your-face bombast in Spanish, sound like guests? Did they sound like people who wanted to become Americans?

Were they even asking for amnesty? They didn't sound like they were asking for anything. They sounded like they were telling. Demanding. Threatening. ]]

Yeah... that's because they WERE telling, demanding, and threatening.

It's working, too... because spineless politicians of both parties are caving- and caving fast.

Please read the whole column.

An Ugly Reality

Pomoze Bog.

Maybe it's time to remind these folks that the D-Dawgs wandered through the "halls of Montezuma" once before and can easily do it again, if necessary.

Obviously, most of these "guest workers" and their anti-American "leadership" are too illiterate to know what "E pluribus unum" means.

Tsar, out.

PS One thing though. Sowell is right to point at Europe and say, "Look at THEIR guest worker program." However, it must be remembered that the "guest workers" in Europe are mostly N. African Muslims who, according to the tenets of their erroneous faith, are committed to overwhelming the infidel. We have no such issues with Mexicans. In fact, most of them are conservative Catholics who, when the become citizens, will vote pro-life, anti-gay agendas that can only do some good, especially here in the People's Republic of California. So, while I think we need to epoxy the borders closed for safety's sake, I have no objection to a large Latino migration northwards---as long as its legal. On the whole, they're pretty good folks.
