Hmmmm ... I'm happy to see that she won her case. At the same time, I can't help but wonder how this result will intersect with cases like the Muslim cabbies in Minneapolis refusing on religious grounds to transport dogs or alcohol. It appears to be rather difficult to ensure justice for one person without opening the door to another's scam ... :-(
I see no relation whatsoever. A condition of employment is only valid if the person knows beforehand.
